I was given the link to Dana's tutorial for the Dress Shirt on MADE, you can view the tutorial here. Wow, there are some awesome people out there willing to make tutorial for the rest of us! Thanks Dana!! Anyway, I wanted to post some pics of how mine turned out.
She is a little camera shy.
But...she loves the dress.
Most of all, she loves to twirl in the dress!
This was a super fun project because I was able to make it from stuff I just had left over from other various projects (plus my husband's old shirt). I also made a matching headband from the scraps and it is reversible. The tutorial is thorough, and the project is very easy. So, if your thinking about it...do it! It was fun and rewarding for both of us!!
